Field Forms (Group 1)
Field forms are forms you’ll typically use on the jobsite. These forms help bridge communication between the field and the office. It is important to get the forms completed and back to the office in a timely manner.
This group of downloadable forms includes:
Job Site Safety Checklist
This checklist can be used as a guide for periodic review of job safety conditions. It should be completed by the site superintendent. Your superintendent is responsible for submitting this checklist at the beginning of each job and weekly thereafter.
Final Project Punch List
Wrapping up all the loose ends at completion of a construction job is never easy. But this form helps the process by getting the owner and the contractor to put the details in writing. A written Final Project Punch List reminds the owner to be diligent in spotting problems.
Project Startup Checklist
Once a contract is signed, this Project Startup Checklist acts as a reminder for all the details needed to get the job moving. It also assigns responsibility to appropriate personnel at the beginning of the job.
