Subcontract Policy
Every general contractor (or prime contractor) needs a good standard form of agreement with subcontractors. Under this contract, the subcontractor agrees to do a portion of the work on a project in accordance with the contract documents. All provisions in the prime construction contract, including change procedures, warranty periods and quality controls, extend to this subcontract.
